My response time. My typical response time for a single personalized proposal is 24 hours. What you get: - Pre-consultation via Zoom (Discovery) - Personalized search for the best available properties, based on your needs. Up to 10 options within the first 24 hours - Follow-up - Transfer from your hotel or Airbnb to view the properties and back - In-person tour with the client of up to 4 properties, based on your selection - Property reservation follow-up - Contract analysis and recommendations - Recommendations for attorneys, mortgage lenders, management companies, etc. - Monthly construction video and photography - Accompaniment upon delivery of the property. *If you invest in a property through us, the cost of this Exclusive Consultation will be 100% refundable 15 days after the minimum down payment of 30% of the property investment is made. **Planning fees are due at the time of booking and are non-transferable (either to alternate dates or to an alternate investor) for any reason. Out of respect for my time and that of my other quality clients, work will not begin until I receive the fully assessed planning fee. Planning fees cover my time only and do not cover any part of the cost of selected accommodations or airport transfers, which you, as the traveler, are responsible for covering in full.
